In an industry where fly-by-night contractors apply temporary chemical paints and disappear before the monsoon rain hits, Mr. Rajib envisioned a completely different standard: an honest, scientific, root-cause-based waterproofing firm that property owners could trust with their eyes closed.
With early on-field practical experience studying weak structural joint behaviors and subterranean soil moisture pressures across Ghaziabad and NCR, Mr. Rajib built AK ENTERPRISES under a strictly supervised execution pattern.
His core methodology insists that water is a patient element—it finds every microscopic hollow path.
